Samuel Musyoka is the Court Process Server at E Valerie Advocates. He holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from South Eastern Kenya University (SEKU) and has also pursued CPA Sections I and II at Jubilee College.
Samuel has over ten years of experience in court process service and legal support. In his role, he is responsible for the service of court documents, filing of pleadings, and facilitating compliance with court procedures across various courts and registries. His work plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth progress of matters handled by the firm.
In addition to process service, Samuel supports the firm in conveyancing related administrative processes and registry follow-ups, drawing on his extensive familiarity with court systems and procedural requirements. He also serves as a consultant on procedural matters, assisting the team with practical insights on court processes and documentation.
